Jardin de Cuisine

As Summer comes to a close, we look back at another wonderful season of our quaint little garden across the street. A tradition that has become yet another extension of our labour of love here at Frazer’s Restaurant & Lounge. From fresh vegetables delicately julienned for seasonal salads to crisp garnishes that adorn the the glass rims of some of our original craft cocktails, it’s always just been another way for us to add that special “Frazer’s touch". The Fall always grants us this time for reflection and we constantly find ourselves peeking across the street at our little sanctuary during the season as we anticipate the cold and of course, the year’s end. Wishing more and more bountiful harvests to all of our loved ones and supporters here at Frazer’s.

“The single greatest lesson the garden teaches is that our relationship to the planet need not be zero-sum, and that as long as the sun still shines and people still can plan and plant, think and do, we can, if we bother to try, find ways to provide for ourselves without diminishing the world. ”
